What is indi?

Indi is an online and app-based wellness & exercise platform to get the world moving.  Our focus is to provide safe, effective, and low-impact workouts that improve the health, wellness, and independence of our members.

Why is indi different?

Our programs, movements, and sessions are not designed on the "no pain, no gain" exercise model.  Our team of Physical Therapists designed indi to provide safe and low-impact workouts.

How do I access content?

Indi offers a variety of ways to access your content. You can use any laptop, tablet, or phone browser. The indi app can also be found in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for easy access from your phone or tablet.

How much does indi cost?

Indi offers a 14-day free trial for all membership plans. To continue using indi, you can sign up for a monthly plan ($14.99 USD/month) or save when you sign up for an annual membership ($119.99/year).

How do I cancel?

Canceling your membership is easy. You have easy and fast access to your account and subscription from the indi website or app.
