How to Combat Prolonged Sitting

It’s time to break free from the shackles of our chairs and embrace a more active lifestyle. Incorporating movement into our daily routines can significantly mitigate the risks associated with prolonged sitting.  

Simple changes, such as taking short breaks to stretch, opting for standing desks, incorporating regular walks into our schedules, or completing quick, convenient indi workouts, can go a long way in counteracting the negative impacts of sedentary behavior.
