About the Program
Welcome to Focus Knee, a 24-session program designed to help individuals manage knee pain, recover from injuries, and strengthen knee muscles. The program, which spans eight weeks, includes 15-minute sessions that combine gentle stretches and effective strengthening exercises. With no need for special equipment, participants can engage in these exercises anywhere using just a yoga mat and hand weights, such as dumbbells or soup cans. The program aims to enhance knee flexibility, reduce pain, and support long-term knee health.
